Alicia & Ronald

Ronald had a beautiful wife Alicia. They were living in a small pretty house. Both were not rich but they had everything which was needed for living. Together they used to do all the household work. They used to make money by selling wood. He loved his wife more than anything in the world. One thing always bothered him is that with time Alicia is getting old and one day she will have to face death. He wanted her to be immortal. This thought stuck in his mind. But there's a fine line between devotion and delusion. Now he came to know that there is also a thing above love; the fear of losing it. One day Ronald found his ancestor's scripture which was talking about the holy nectar which makes the person immortal. Now his madness was fueled. He had decided that tomorrow he would go on a quest for Nectar. The next day, when Ronald was leaving, he saw Alicia had a fever. It was not that bad but she still needs a doctor. Instead of taking her to a doctor, he promised her that he'll come with a supreme medicine that she'll never become ill again. He kept looking for the nectar outside for 3 days. After that he'll come home again with nectar or without, that doesn't matter. He saw Alicia was sleeping quietly in her bed. He called her but she didn't reply to her. He tried to wake her and just want to listen to the world's sweetest voice. After much effort, Ronald sat down and tears were coming out of his eyes constantly. He just wants to die to meet Alicia again but now he can't die. His entire happy life had become worse than hell because of madness.
